PFA Compensation Survey Results

Hello,

The PFAnetwork continues to expand compensation for patient/family advisory activities. Recognizing volunteerism is privilege, engagement efforts in healthcare continue to evolve into systems that elevate community leaders. Compensating people for their time is a new but proven way to value the insights brought to the table by Advisors.

In August 2021, we asked PFAnetwork members to share their experiences and preferences about compensation. The summary below describes the survey's findings from 24 participants. We hope this helps you navigate conversations about compensation in the future knowing you are backed by your community of Advisors.
