GOODBYE 2022!

As the year comes to a close, it's a good time for reflection on the growth and impact of the PFAnetwork. No doubt there has been a lot of both and I am so proud of this community of Patient Family Partners! You guys show up for each other, challenge the status quo and drive real change in the health system so that others can achieve better health outcomes. But I also find myself wondering: "What do I need to learn? I've been at this work for a while now, are my skills still relevant? Do I coach healthcare organizations with humility? Do I create space for all Patient Family Partners to engage in the way they are able?" I invite you to share your ideas and experiences to help us define (or maybe redefine) the Core Competencies of Effective Partnerships in the new era of person-centered care. Join us for the January Coffee Chat for an introspective discussion.

From our family to yours, wishing you much joy, health and happiness this season and always!
