Patient Community Open House, hosted by the PFAnetwork

Planning to attend the PFCC Conference? Join us on May 1st, a day before the PFCC Conference, to maximize your experience! Take advantage of this opportunity to meet other passionate leaders serving as patient/family partners from across the country. You don't need to be a conference registrant to attend this free event.

The voices of patients, family caregivers, and community members are incredibly powerful for catalyzing change in healthcare. While sharing our stories and perspectives is fulfilling work, it can also be isolating and challenging. But there are truly impactful partnerships happening everyday across the country, and the national community of people sharing their lived-experiences continues to grow in size and influence. It is important for us to support each other through connecting, sharing, and learning together. Every voice and story is critical for transforming our system.

Open House attendees can expect to learn tools to leverage their personal stories of triumph to make a difference for the next generation.

This is a free event that requires no registration or RSVP. All are welcome. Please feel free to extend this invitation to anyone who shares your interest in Patient Family Centered Care. In addition, we'll be serving refreshments to make your experience even more enjoyable. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect and engage IN-PERSON!

We are looking forward to seeing you.
