Westhealth is looking for 3 – 4 patient family partners to participate in a virtual panel on perspectives in advancing telehealth and virtual healthcare for older adults. The main objective is to learn about personal value of telehealth from the panelists; your thoughts, feelings and experiences are with virtual care and what perspectives and considerations they find most important in telehealth generally and in practice.

They are looking for panelists that have 1 or more of the demographics below:

65+
Has used telehealth in some capacity
Mix of rural, suburban, urban dwellers
Post-Acute Long-Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility (PALTC/SNF) resident
Self-sufficient home user
Utilizes caregiver assistance
Is a caregiver that helps deliver telehealth
