These responses will be shared with staff at healthcare organizations that are embarking on new ways to partner with patients and families through a Patient Family Partnership Hub. A Partnership Hub is a community of patients and family caregivers with a passion to improve healthcare for a specific organization. During the Virtual Meeting, Jan Lambert, member of the Comagine Health Patient Family Partnership Hub shared her enthusiasm for being able to learn how patients and families are partnering across the organization. Jan felt the multiple Patient Family Advisory Councils across Comagine Health were siloed and this new strategy would bring them all together!
