Reflection
Hello everyone,
This week the PFCCpartners' team gathered (virtually) to plan our goals and activities for 2022. Our discussions were guided by the PFAnetwork Advisory Board, the DEI Workgroup members and PFAnetwork members as well. We are excited to meet the challenges of our ever changing healthcare system to be sure the patient and family caregiver perspective is informing the design and evaluation of health systems, policies and improvement activities. PFCCpartners' commitment to PFAnetwork members is to be relentless in pursuit of creating a truly inclusive community, where everyone belongs!
As we reflected on our PFAnetwork growth in 2021, we recognized essential partners in the healthcare space who constantly create new spaces and nurture new ideas for integrating our network. We also reflected on the honor that each of our PFAnetwork members bestows on us when you share your experiences, give us your time and share your talents. On behalf of our entire team, we want you to know how grateful we are everyday to be in this work with you. Sharing our joys, successes, fears and failures brings us together as a strong community. I could not be more proud to be learning together in the PFAnetwork!
