The theme of this year’s event is Values and value in complex care. Complex care offers value to consumers, communities, providers, payers, and more. How can that value be defined, measured, and demonstrated, beyond reductions in cost and utilization? We know that our shared values of health justice and equity sustain us in doing this critical and sometimes difficult work. Can we translate these shared values into sustained financial and institutional support?
The conference is September 21 - 23 in Sacramento and they are offering free hybrid/virtual registration.
