West Health Institute will engage approximately 12-15 provider organizations who represent seniors or are leaders in the delivery of telehealth to seniors in a National Senior Telehealth Initiative (NSTI). Active participation and sharing among all members will be critical to success.
PFCCpartners has been asked to join and bring 4 patient family advisors to the planning activities. This initiative's aim is to accelerate the adoption of telehealth to meet the needs of seniors through the synthesis and dissemination of guidelines, tools and best practices. There are subgroups for Clinic, Hospital, Home, and LTC settings.
