This 2-part online series is an opportunity to build your skills and become empowered to partner with healthcare staff as a way to improve care. The 2 sessions will review the 5 Core Competencies of Effective Partners, which were developed by PFAs, for PFAs.

This course is open to interested, new, and experienced Patient Family Partners (located in LA County) who are looking to expand their skills to partner with healthcare.
