Whether you are an experienced Patient Family Advisor or just dipping your toes in the water of what it means to be a partner in healthcare, we can all use help getting prepared. Healthcare organizations are finding more ways to partner with patients and family caregivers. Preparing for partnership ahead of time can ensure you are impactful as a Patient Family Advisor/Partner.

This two-part online skills exchange will help you:

• Understand the importance patient and family caregiver experience brings to healthcare partners.
• Prepare for a variety of partnerships, including healthcare’s COVID response.
• Learn how to present your experience in the context of a program, project, or meeting.
• Gain confidence and invite collaboration.
