The role of Patient Family Partner is open to anyone with a passion to use their lived experiences to influence improvement in healthcare. So, what skills do you need to be an effective and impactful Patient Family Partner?

Join us for the Core Competencies of Effective Partners 2-part, virtual Skills Exchange where we dive into the essential skills needed to excel as a Patient Family Partner (PFP). This skills exchange was created to empower you as a PFP and a valued healthcare partner. We will introduce the 5 Core Competencies of Effective Partners, thoughtfully created by PFPs, for PFPs.

This session will provide you with practical insights and techniques, helping you do your best in the healthcare partnership landscape. A core focus of the skills exchange is discovering what we can learn from each other’s lived experiences so please be prepared to share and learn with us!
