What is a patient/family caregiver advisor?
We are people who utilize their lived-experiences in the health system to inform and catalyze improvement. We may come to this role with experiences as patients, or as a family caregiver for a loved one. Some contribute their unique perspective as leaders for better health in their community. We are often referred to as a number of things - community partners, patient/family partners, patient advocates, or consumers in healthcare.
This virtual meeting will be held via Zoom meeting. You will be provided a link to the meeting after registration. All are welcome.
