Join a committed and innovative team to contribute to this regional collaborative of over 300 hospitals around the country.

This meeting is open to interested, new, and experienced Patient Family Partners who are looking to partner with healthcare. This opportunity is open to people from the states of CA, MT, AZ, FL, CO, LA, NM, TN, IN, IL, TX.
