CALL TO ACTION

Please join our call to action take these three easy steps to support patients & families having full access to their health records through OPEN NOTES:

  1. Write a letter or email message to a member of your healthcare Leadership Team (Chief Operating Officer, Patient Experience, Chief Medical Officer etc) and ask if your healthcare organization has Open Notes.
  2. If yes, offer your support and that of your PFAC to increase awareness and use across your health system.  If no, offer information and the opportunity to partner with your organization to consider implementing open notes.  Begin by providing information on OpenNotes
  3. Tell us about it!  Send an update on your message and response to Erica@pfccpartners.com or better yet – join our next meeting (info above) and tell us in person!
